FAQ

How soon can a toilet be delivered?

We aim to deliver the next day and occasionally can deliver the same day

What time will my toilet be delivered?

We always aim to deliver asap but unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any time slots, but our driver is happy to call you when he is on route if requested.

What day do you service my area?

We service different postcodes throughout the week and guarantee all toilets are serviced weekly. We endeavour to keep route days the same, however sometime routes are changed to accommodate new postcodes, staff absences and bank holidays.

What would prevent a toilet being serviced?

  1. If we get to a site and the toilet has been moved to an area we are unable to reach with our hose. The hose is 8 metres long and therefore please make sure when repositioning the toilet that we can reach.

  2. If the toilet or site is padlocked and we have not been given the key or code.

  3. If a delivery is taking place and will have to wait more than 10 minutes.

  4. Any obstructions preventing access.

  5. Waterlogged grounds with potential to cause damage to ground or our vehicle getting stuck.

  6. Overdue account.

What areas do you cover?

Portable construction toilet hire in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire.

Here are some of the towns we cover,

How much notice is required to off-hire the toilet?

We do not have a notice period, a simple email to sales@lskhire.co.uk will ensure your toilet is off hired on a working day. Any off-hire emails sent over a weekend will be off-hired for next working day.

How soon will the toilet be collected?

We endeavour to collect when we are next in your area, occasionally there maybe a delay due to demand on our deliveries.

What happens if we can’t collect an off-hired toilet due to an obstruction?

If we come to collect the toilet because it has been off hired and we are unable to collect, charges will be applied to your account and these charges will be your normal delivery and collection charges and your toilet will be put back on hire until the collection is made.

What happens if we decide to keep the toilet and the driver has come to collect?

The driver will call the office and your toilet will be put back on hire until you inform us again you want to off hire. An aborted charge will be applied to your account, these charges will be your normal delivery and collection charges.

Will the toilet fit through a standard garden gate?

No, these toilets are bigger than a garden gate and we strongly advise to measure before a delivery takes place, as an abortive charge will be charged.
